Did anyone see the 8-K from 11/22 that 3 board members, including Ruben Alba & Daniel Smith, resigned, effective immediately? It said all 3 were not unhappy with the management of the company, but of course did not provide any details on why they left. The company had always touted its management team, including Smith & Alba, so this does raise some questions. The stock has been doing well, so hopefully this is not a setback. I think an update by the company on their progress of the presentation they released in July would make sense at this time. We shall see.
