The darned prednisone is one of, if not the, worst meds. Make sure that your doctor doesn't forget to put you on something to counteract what the prednisone will do to your bone density. I pray that this SVFC treatment will help you to avoid the years of steady decline. If I get a paid account here I will be able to write some more stuff. Good Luck to you and God Bless.
