It does prove that olive tree knows Chris Clarke. You stated in your post that Olive Tree has never heard of him. It may be true that when you contacted Olive Tree they told you they never heard of him. But the email proves that they have.
Why would he have any type of agreement with Home Depot? It's Olive Tree's product. TGGI never claimed to own the product. Yes, they stated that the Olive Tree Hot Water Heater was sold in Home Depot, but not that they had a deal with Home Depot.
I don't need to ask why he took the product page down.
He probably decided not to sell the product.
The product is expensive. And when you think about it: the installation would be a hassle for existing construction. It was probably not worth the investment.
TGGI never put out a PR that they were going to do anything with Olive Tree's product. How it ended up on iHub; I don't know.
Your argument was that Olive Tree never heard of TGGI or Chris Clarke.
The Olive Tree product is now irrelevant. It has nothing to do with TGGI's future. If you wish to discuss it further we can. But please don't call it a scam because it is not, and the email proves it. Do you have any further evidence to support that it was a scam?
Please remember the iHub rules folks. Our posts should be about the post, not the people making the posts. Don't get your post's deleted, or your account's suspended by getting angry.
