With margins of 55%, additional revenue of $75k a month will do it.
The new Local Numbers will give us a fixed revenue return monthly of $6 and another $10 for the US customer selecting the unlimited plan.
At $15 each month, we will begin to generate that all important recurring revenue stream which allows sales to build on themselves.
It would appear that we need 5000 new customers to select the Local Numbers Plans to get to CFP, but it is really much less than that as the revenue will be recurring and cumulative.
Just a simplistic estimate, could be many more customers if marketing works effectively.
1000 new customers in 1st month $15,000
1500 new customer in 2nd month, $22,500 plus $15,000 = $37,500
2000 new customers in 3rd month, $30,000 plus $37500 = $67,000
Of course we have all the other plans that should begin contributing also particularly the unlimited $9.95 plans were just implemented.
3 months or sooner and we are cash flow positive and off and running!
