I hate to bring up this, but there may be a heap more out there than just a minor league SCAM that is CDEX.

First and last word. ...

The trail of Tom H leads many directions, but all falls into the same hole. That hole is a team of business men, and their team of lawyers. One big happy bunch who are paying us well to keep us at a distance and from investigating further. I have a feeling I don't even want to know how big this really gets.

I cannot mention who is still involved in the settlements of these many penny scams because it is a part of the settlement, but I can mention who was at one time but left to distance themselves from their names becoming public when some settlements are published.

Tom H. was a salesman for many of these stocks in question. He was our only point of contact because the companies themselves simply ignored or denied our trying to meet with them. Because of this, when we applied some heat, Tom had us call Malcolm P. and Scott K. and they seemed to be the first line of defense, or at least they were when we started. You will see them in on many other penny stocks with private placements. It's all this team really does now. Tom told us they are paid well to clean up the mess.

Just to let a few of you that were with us in both the AVSG PP and the LOCH/CDEx past PP's and share exchanges...

Malcolm was a spokesman for LOCH back when they were PP'ing and also when the offered 2 for 1 and 3 for 1 stock exchange deals.

There are MANY reasons why he is now distancing himself from the AVSG settlements. These will come out with the investigation of LOCH.... and yes, there were other pennies involved as well.

Not much can be said by those of us involved in settlements.

I can say even less then most because I was, and still am as farr as I know, a small part of the investigation into these MANY pennies. I brought forward who/what I know, and am still being questioned from time to time.

These guys will not get away with this in the long run. Butt bigger fish are still following dabait.... also part of the silence by many.

To cscan and jmarcine: Please be patient. As Kidd and Spaceman have said there are people out there dedicated to seeing that justice is done. Their hands are tied and are prohibited from full disclosure. It's just a matter of time.
