Sorry, comparing major profitable Cos re splits is very deceptive. We all know what happens to pinks that are split with no profits. There really is no reason for a comparative analogy since PVSP has already had a split in 2010 wherein the price declined from the .50 cent range to sub penny. What I see as the end game for Riss and Richards is to eliminate the debt, get to a more profitable level and positive cash flow position on the backs of the current investors and , as they have done before, RS the current investors. They will lose nothing as they continue the salaries, warrants and options are intact,extended or re issued and they will issue new shares to themselves and board members to compensate for the shares that they actually paid for. If this was not the case, the Co should have no problem issuing a statement that the Co will not RS in 2914/2015. Of course this will never happen.
