To elaborate on why TDA is a no go for pennies: it will not let you buy any stock you want, it will say things like "DTC Chill" to prevent you from buying it, when in fact its not chilled. There have been 4 great penny plays this last week that I couldn't buy on TDA, had to use etrade.
The only reason I have not eliminated it completely is because I'm still using the 60 days of free trades.
