JMO - and I've read the PVG story. I'll stay here.

Sure, great for some who bought recently; but, I would sell immediately as well. People who bought as recently as Sept are still underwater there.

JMHO and I know it could be totally wrong, but the history there is worrisome. What goes up can come back down in a hurry. I'm still skeptical about it for now.
