I checked pacer.gov this morning. Nothing filed between Walgreens vs. MMR as of yesterday. Probably to early, hopefully something is filed today or Monday. Too much going on with Walgreen's and their record keeping Time will tell. Expect next 72 hrs. will shed light on situation.
