Is that because investors are waiting for the Q3 10Q to be filed so that they can see where their investment really stands? It's very disappointing but not surprising that a company like AAPT can't comply with even basic SEC filing requirements. And, it's not limited to just the quarterly and annual reports. B&L can't even file an 8K for required events.

Yep, pink limited status is something to definitely be proud of. Personally, I would never be closely associated with any company with that status.

P.S. If you look carefully, they've been late every time this year so far. 0 for 3. At least their consistent.
