As the CEO he has a few other things to worry about then pleasing every shareholder wish. Things take time and i think they had the fins and PRs ready but are being delayed for some reason (reasons they cant just run to the desk and make up a PR to please shareholders about) and theres a lot that is going on right now. I believe much is about to be uncovered here.
11 or 12 close today just for not getting fins yet
