It is disconcerting when one sees the pumpers come out en force.

If I recall, it took LI 59 days to go from NOA to FDC. It took 911 only 41 days and RBR (a COMPLICATED PATENT with 3 continuances) 35 days. All the above 3 took anywhere from 29-35 days from there to get to the patent date.

Currently, it is taking MG 79 days to go from NOA to FDC and UI (less complex than MG and RBR), 44 days.

It is possible that this is normal due to continuance or possible that someone else has entered the game to challenge the remainder.
