When you see an Averaged trade. That 2Mil below the bid at 12:31:08 That said "Average" under the "Type" tab in the Time & Sales prints, that's most likely a Buyback trade. It's an average of the Bid Price, the company can only buy up to 25% of the average volume at the average Bid price, so they cannot manipulate the price upwards.
