There have been alot of changes in UTRM since the beginning of the year. The fired Dan Noor, a VP, for what looks like embezzlement (see below). Good move on the CEO's part. I got burned in UTRM with the previous CEO, Frank Ottaviani. But it looks like he left the Board of Directors in late 2012. Wonder if there is any connection with Ottaviani and Noor---Ottiviani handing off the UTRM shell to Element Trading and Noor was there doing that time.

None for the period ended March 31, 2013 and through the date of this report. B. Termination of material definitive agreement: The company terminated for cause the employment agreement of Dan Noor Vice Pres. March 1, 2013.
