Some thoughts merely.

Nice . . . low-budget growing system (the comment is from a non-grower, I can't medically, etc. use MJ as my eye doctor does not want me to, for medical reasons). PHOT, of course, can become a huge new supplier for home-grown veggies and flowers market. Think amateur Vertical Farming Greenhouse-rs.
The grow-cabinet and the MJ verification machine are suitable for some, but the low-techies (probably majority of small users/growers), will not be major PHOT customers? I have not quite been able to foreseen how that market will 'come-on-over'. We are not all robots of $tech-lords . . . yet. All these smiley copanies want to increase profits by prices going up . . . but we have a job/income prob-beano.

Wonderful bureau mistake . . . but yet to their initial advantage: arc-lite the medical MJ users for the lazy and dull to feed on, and oh bye-the-way punish the responsible user. Whats not to like? Can't you just see a major cig company laughing . . . as the gov wrestles their small self-reliant users to the ground, so gracefully?

Perhaps the lawsuit should include a demand for a gov insurance claim provision for all independent and licenced medical MJ individuals, who suffer under such a blunder?
