I'm not sure that we can learn anything more short of the SEC doing some action or going to China to see the place first hand. Even if you went to China, without having a long term relationship with the company officials, I don't think you'd get the full story anyway. Well unless the place was shut down.

I suspect we're waiting for someone to try to buy the place at a reduced price. We have no idea what that might be because the stock is so illiquid.
