Hmm . . international trade agreements might require that eventually MJ has to come under Fair Trade and Free Trade Agreements . . . meaning USA has some right to not accept Canada as supply of Mj . . . if they restrict USA MJ products entry to Canada?

BC province in particular, has 'unoffically' determined that MJ growing and 'passage' to USA as native Canada product derived, is THE major job creator in eastern BC little towns. Thus, Mountie seem quite reluctant to 'pursue' local grown MJ? Heavy Hands increase desperation for these little towns, that face economy-of-scale competition 'problems', with trying to maintain and start small local self-reliant businesses of all types. Bluntly, drug money locally keep them happy and afloat.
It use to be . . . that say senior tours buses . . . regularly made 'tour trips' into certain Can areas, for the purpose of buying their meds and receiving 'treatment regimes' not allowed in USA. In the old days, parties often came across into BC, etc. Can to fulfill their 'taste' needs. Will this happen again, for MJ? Who knows . . . not even The Shadow . . . yet.
