MM's are not finished. They will take out stops all the way to support at .004, then it will "consolidate" there, then they will take it to the 200dma currently at .0028 (however in 5 trading days 200dma will be closer to .0033) Then more stops taken out to .0026. Good news is that fills the gap, MM's will slowly begin to cover at this point.

Think like the MM's and make smart trades.
