I appears LWCTF will probably be in "compliance," in some form, with a year-end filing on or before November 30 (90 days after the end of Q4, which was 8/31). Any wagers?....Based upon comments on this board of a few months ago, the company was in the process of doing an audited financial review in an effort to improve the chances of an OTC upgrade. Any chance the Q4 financials will be audited results? I will go with "no!"
