No! EMA gave narrower label to Iclusig than FDA gave originally. The key difference between EMA and FDA is EMA doesn't do its own data analysis from raw datasets - they are not submitted for MAA - thus it depends on sponsors' analysis of datasets while FDA does its own analysis based on submitted datasets. They sometimes come to different risk/ benefit conclusion.
