If anyone that is investing in pink sheet company expects a company not to dilute, you are completely senseless....(or any publicly traded company for that matter) Every company does it in their growth stages. Every...single...one!! Revenues and most importantly profits help with proper market valuation. With increasing revenues, profits and operational efficiency other types of lending are potentially utilized which eliminates the need for increased share count and share structure can be addressed by reverse splits, forward splits, but backs and share retirement. I think there is money to be made here but just my opinion.
