I have actually asked Mr. Leopold about this. His answer was most minor changes don't require a new permit. Since the mine and the pit won't have to be changed just the route to the mine would be a minor change.

There are three levels of possibilities when it comes to permits and mining.

1) A simple change - All we need to do is notify the Mining Inspector.

2) An adjustment of the pit or mining plan would require an amendment to the mining plan.

3) Only in the case of a complete move of the pit or mine would require a new permit.

Personally I think a move of the access road would be a simple change and worst case scenario would be an amendment.

No new permit process required as the AOA showed no issues with the mine or pit location.

I vote we don't worry about Fraser and let Mr. Leopold get it finished.
As long as we are ready to go in mid February we are as good as can be expected.

I also vote that longs don't assume Fraser is dead or there is some problem until we know otherwise because the odds of that happening are very slim.
