I feel your pain shail but 50m shares at 10 cents a piece isn't that much money around here. I deal with a lot of guys who make 500k+ on salary just cruising through life.

If Hayward hasn't taken any salary for the past 5+ years I think he deserves it. As you know I'm very optimistic about apdn and believe in rewarding people for their hard work; so have no issue with this.

I believe in Hayward and our management and trust the company's judgement calls. He was owed these shares. Without him we have a worthless penny stock.

He is the backbone of APDN!!
