In September 30, 2013 Tanke Inc. (TNKE) acquired the distribution rights in
Shanghai, China for PV Enterprise, Inc. (OTCPink: VDSC) service offerings. The
purchase of the license of distribution services warrants TNKE exclusive rights to be
VDSC’s sole distributor of services in Shanghai for a period of 10 years.
TNKE agrees to purchase and VDSC agrees to sell the distribution rights at the
amount of eight hundred thousand dollars ($800,000).
