IMO, penny land investors simply are not savvy enough to discover WHERE in the process of explorer to miner a co is, and the cost of getting it to miner via convertible debt, dilution, and the pps manipulation practiced by some financiers. Also, penny investors are drawn to up ticking charts such as NVGC. Right now that chart is rising because they've announced the process of analyzing the mineral resource there. A lot of hype, for a lot of cost. Once they've got their NI done, what about the cost of mining equipment, permitting, etc to get it to production?
I was in EXSFF, they had the proven resource NI complete, but completely stalled out before getting to miner. They voted to r/s as a measure to obtain new cd financing. At this point my holdings show null and void there. (Expensive lesson #597)
Here, NBRI is now a MINING COMPANY, not just an explorer. We have the equipment and the miners. The cd financing to get us to this point of transition is in the final phase of running its course and influencing pps. Eventually, the market will get it. The change of intention about paying dividends on the common shares of this stock, in my opinion, hallmarks the transition here. Frankly, I don't think most of us (myself included) really knows what we are holding here. Not yet.
When it comes to penny stocks, most are just hoping for 25 cents to make a quick buck. Some hope a big established co will buy out the penny start up.
This stock started in the pinks, and transitioned to OTCBB. The CEO has been very careful about PR's and other matters (always looking long term for the greatest value, building solid working relationships along the way). IMO only, there may soon be another listing transition taking place (bold prediction at $.04, eh?). There are multiple holdings to be developed. As these come into production, what could future dividends look like on the current number of shares issued? As they become value assessed, how will this affect share value? These are the trends that speak louder to me than today's chart of NBRI. As a stockholder here, the process of discovering the value of what we have is ongoing.
I have a lot of optimism here, in the face of the current pps...because of where NBRI is in the process. A lot of explorers never make it to the miner stage, but we are finally here!
NBRI>>>>we're a MINER, FORTY-NINER!
