It is a Very big problem problem if the doc owns the building or if he is part of the company or corporation that owns a percentage of that building getting rent off of shareholder's money...
But I did pull up all those info on who owns those property and verified them so We are clear. If anyone wants the owner of the property info and all that good stuff pm me and ill be glad to share it with you.
The doctor does NOT profit or have anything to do with the rent and the square footage price with triple net and money factor is fair for this geographic location. (i guess the little doggie was chewing on the wrong bone again...maybe it chew on a POS instead.)
