You do NOT have freedom to post whatever you want on any message board. Each message board (unlike the street corner) has a purpose and a function. Think of it this way. When you are in my house, you do not have the right to yell F==K you to my kids. Else you get ousted. On the street corner, you can - as long as you don't mind it if someone takes the law into their own hands.

You are bound (when joining Ihub) to agree to the terms not only of Ihub, but to the terms of the board that you are posting on. All (non stock specific) boards have their own rules. You don't have rights beyond that.

Using the constitution as an argument is ludicrous!
