The spin-off going to get us a high dividend and a high share price.
If sjap is on pe16 at a Chinese market and siaf "the parent company" is on pe1, then siaf should get up-valued.
And at pe 16 for sjap it will be a lot more expensive than siaf who is a big part owner.
