As for the 10-QSBs for the period ended September 30, 2000 and 2001, I have NO problem with that.
The Page 5 of the two 10-QSBs is different. ***** It seems that the company does NOT need to report detailed Financials from the third quarter of 2001 "as the company has become dormant." Anyway, those filings are done. So that is okay with me.
If we see "two" audited 10-Ks for 2000 and 2001 and "three" 10-Qs for the year 2005, I think we will have no problem with the SEC filings.
