Why keep it "between us" or from the market?

Gotta admit... at least it's a new rumor, at least per amount. So who is going to be the first brave soul to bid 0.10? Is a 10X return a pass for this forum? How about 0.01 or 0.02. Is a 100X return also a pass? Either you "believes" or ya don't.

Wouldn't it be much simpler for Reid to issue a PR, rather than violate fair disclosure on a material event? How about Reid issuing a PR about it? While he's at it, outline the time table for registering the stock with the SEC.

There is the slight problem the SEC won't allow rumors to be placed in a stock registration filing.
