The difference between a fact and an opinion is at the core, a fact can be proven. My posts on Coalogix are factual, based on court records (sans settlement figure). You seem to lean on opinion, which is always far less convincing, or trustworthy.
Fact-driven = provable, worthy of trust.
Agenda-driven = obfuscation, opinion, etc.
Fact: Criminal Coalogix was spanked for stealing MBS-related information.
Battelle's report was an opinion, and THAT is a fact.
Battelle's report was also a pre-determined determination, but THAT is just my opinion. Coalogix was in trouble, and they needed a negative report from Battelle to get out of it.
See the difference now?
By the way, why steal MBS secrets if it has no value, and does not work? Also, why settle the case by paying? lollol
