I have three other penny plays with news out today and they are all up 66% and above...and HOLDING.

This should be well over 5 and can't, why is that? Flippers? Probably the few pumping this for the past several weeks. And for what, a few hundred dollars?

Let me see 4's and Im out, which I doubt after seeing what happened this afternoon!
