I did not register with the Texas court website to pull the docket. I just found it late last night and decided to make a few calls and see what kind of information came in. Hope you do not mind that I asked you as a resource as well. You just seem to have covered alot of bases in regards to DD and I do appreciate you sharing what you have.
I agree that it is probably nothing significant. It was the first time I had come across it though and with a scheduled hearing next Monday which was a little suprise.
Perhaps they are trying to clean up old dirt stains on the books before becoming transparent, I do not know, just thinking along the lines of the recent PR and this being relational. Purely speculative guess though.
Well....time for the 1.5 hour commute home surrounded by people that must have learned to drive from my wife. If we ever happen to meet, this conversation never happened.
