The facts about Clarke:
For those that do not know him;
He is married and is a father with 2 daughters in college and 1 daughter who already graduated and is a teacher.
He has built several companies from nothing to doing revenues into the multiple millions per year.
One of them has to do with the ROOFS that people like to joke about.
roofs...lol Let's talk about roofs. No Jokes, just the TRUTH.
His Company (Bigfoot)has worked in the field helping thousands after the last 8 hurricanes hit the US. Clarke was a Blue-Roof contractor and worked closely with the Army Corp of Engineers to help protect the people's homes who lost their roofs due to wind damage. He did this while running several contracts for DHL in multiple states and at the same time having a steak and seafood distribution company in Austin, Texas.
Talk about multi-tasking!
for ROOFS...His plan of action to quickly build a team, complete work fast and efficient in a disaster relief situation made him and his Company very popular. That is how he was able to work after the last 8 storms.

(Charley, Jean, Francis, Ivan, Katrina, Wilma, Ike, and Rita)
He kept getting offered contracts. He did that at a moments notice and lived on site often in tents or campers with the 200 plus workers he employed during those times. He ran his other businesses Virtually from a FIELD. He got his hands dirty by leading from the front. He met with City officials, police, Army Corp and FEMA personnel and managed to get over 200 people hired and trained all of them in the work campsite in less than a week. He even held safety meetings for the workers. He passed several Labor board audits due to the Government job and never missed a beat.
A quick note about his DHL companies; He built that business up to over 140 vehicles and 5 million+/year in revenues and was in many states.
If you don't know him, you have missed out on real leader.
Now with all the issues he has inherited from the debt etc.... there is no better person to lead us out of the foxhole.
Usually after a Company test markets a product and/or service, they pull back, re-group, and then charge forward so that they did not waste money. Based on the information released and recent developments(website, name change/uplist, social media action), It is obvious which direction our CEO is going...otherwise, ask yourself, WHY BOTHER with all the recent stuff??? Keep in mind, despite what some people want you to believe, he does NOT receive money from shares selling and he has NOT sold any either.
