I see this type loss frequently in financials of many companies.

Off the top of my head, I would assume that the derivatives are warrants and options issued by NNVC in its own stock, some not yet exercised upon. Since the share price has increased this year, the value of older warrants and options have increased, along with the companies liability (potential need to release shares at a higher price than a year ago).

I do not mean to end this topic, as I am not certain mine is the correct answer. So, anyone with a better understanding, chime in.
