I grabbed another screenshot and zoomed in. It looks like an authorized Toshiba center. However, I also noticed an A+ certificate on the wall (top, 3rd from the left). A+ Certification is issued by Comptia.org to certify people as computer technicians after passing the test. I know for sure...I obtained that certification and many others from Comptia.

The question becomes why is EWSI meeting with Toshiba authorized service centers? Perhaps, they received the blessings of Toshiba? These are not your standard photo ops. We are getting a picture, literally, of what is to come. Service Centers that fix computers, televisions, and other electronic components would have a huge need to properly dispose of their e-waste.
