I have been re-reading the Q...... because they do not get into specifics on the shares that were issued in 2012 as to them being preferred or restricted its difficult to tell when they are eligible to be converted...

Based on the volume from Monday thru today there are more shares being converted and sold then just the ones that were issued to the old CEO

Only way to tell is to talk to either the company or the TA I sent a request to the TA for the current Float and OS numbers but have not received a reply back yet.

Does anyone here know if the TA is gagged or not... if they are gagged then I wasted my time. If I get anything back I will post it.
