nlightn: While attorney Michael Pizzi seems to be genuine, I find it odd that Calypso Wireless chose an attorney (per my research) that seems to have little if any practical experience in patent law.

Brief recent bio for Pizzi...For twelve years Pizzi was a parole officer for the federal government. While working as a parole officer, he took night classes at the University of Miami law school. He graduated first in his class in 1995 and then spent a year as a law clerk for a federal magistrate. In 1998 he became associated with the downtown law firm of Bierman Shohat. I believe in 2001 he was elected to the Miami Lakes Town Council.
