PG: It appears you did not read the explanatory SEC links provided regarding when an "E" or a "Q" is added at the end of a stock ticker symbol.

You might want to re-read my post and the post to which I responded to understand the issue. I was responding that this symbol change had no negative connotations contrary to what the previous poster had surmised.

My explanation about the adding of an "E" to a symbol was in regard to stocks traded only on NASDAQ or via OTCBB/QB when they are late in filing financial reports.

I believe that most people understand that I was not referring to the "E" in PVEC.

It is not baffling. And, he is not required to act any differently than he has with respect to this change or the additions and modifications to the website. And how would a shareholder end up confused since, if a shareholder, their brokerage will update the symbol in the system and it will be business as usual?

Perhaps it's not baffling to you, but it sure is to me. Why would Peter choose not to announce the change?

Do you think confusion regarding the unannounced ticker symbol change could have anything to do with the stock being down this morning?
