I myself would be wary at this point. The pps is not moving at this point. Might just be a clever ploy buying a bunch at 5 cents, getting interest up,(as the bid ask went from 0/5 to 5/10 without any pps movement), sell at 10 to chasers and double their money. Worst that could happen is sell them back again at the 5 cents they were bought at.
