I don't know if David did or did not. I know
that Phil Foley had shares "returned" & I
believe retired. But, when I am personally
interested in an inquiry, I don't go to the
board: I go to the source materials & GET
THE FACTS for myself.

Did David take shares & retire them? IDK.
When I came around the O/S was around 700mm+,
maybe as high as 760mm (I'll have to check
the numbers) & right now...the way I look
at the A/S it is "effectively" 488mm (since
40mm has already been discussed as being
held in escrow for callatterol & to establish
a LOC-- & will then be retired), the O/S was
also as low as 464mm according to the T/A. But
NTEK IR maintained that it WAS NEVER THAT LOW
(despite what the T/A said) because NTEK had
already allocated those funds for a series of
acquisitions.

So, it was NO surprise to me when NTEK IR was
saying the A/S was 740mm despite the TA reporting
the A/S to be at 990mm at the time. They have
consistently been adamant about the fact that
the ss is what it is when their BOD makes an
executive order.


So, NTEK may list 528mm the 40mm being held in
escrow which is scheduled to be retired, puts
the EFFECTIVE O/S @ 488mm & NTEK has said they
remain committed to reducing it so....we'll see!
