These guys in washington have no plan. This article means nothing, unless they state what they actually intend to do, simply saying they "would" reject proposals and then not having any alternative plans... this is stupid. Obummer at his finest. Especially since they've said they'd like to see private capital come forward. This is just politics, there will be some sort of compromise.
