Blue, make no mistake, the ACGX management team fully understands the OTC/Pinks and how to work it. In the end, if they intend on allowing the debt to fully convert to shares, rather than to use company funds, that is their call. This is basically what I have been stating forever. It is 100% Legal and may very well be in the best long term interest of the company and the CEO, albeit not in the best interests of anyone that wants to buy and hold.
