I wonder where they got the .0399 figure from. On Aug 15th the stock was trading at some of the all time lows, around 1.4 cents. We knew they would have to be paid back. You can see this as a negative or a positive. Sure it dilutes out ownership, but it also shows that Falak must believe in the way things are going to lend them money interest free in exchange for shares issues at about 300% of what they were trading at. Hopefully we get funding soon, and none of this matters all that much. In my opinion this either will be an eventual dollar stock, or it will goto .0001. I'm obviously betting on the dollar stock option.
