JN needs to stop taking those colorful pills....1 - 25 doesn't make sense, maybe a 1 - 2 or 1 - 3. If all the warrants convert that puts 700 mil shares out there a 1 - 25 RS would only put 28 mil shares out there???? What the heck will the Fund guys buy? Need to keep the OS around 2 or 500 mil, don't worry about the share price when the time comes a RS might not be needed at all.... Long and strong!
