The CUSIP was changed along with the name on August 19, 2013 and did not trigger any short covering in the week leading up to it and the price began a decline after it from which it has not recovered.

It's odd that Peter didn't change the ticker at the same time. However, there was is no CUSIP change tomorrow and there's no reason for tomorrow's ticker change to affect the share price either way. There's also no reason that the change would be a reason to delay the release of the FY Q1 (CY Q3) quarterly report which he claimed would be timely filed on 11/15/13.

It's also odd that PVEI hasn't yet announced the ticker change.
