I don't think any of us know the whole story. what I am going to state is purely guesswork, assumption and opinion. I would assume since the house is being foreclosed and not sold that the owner is underwater. I would also assume since the business is in new jersey that the owner does not live in a house in conneticut. It seems like a good strategic and economical decision to get rid of a millstone around someones neck if in fact it is not being used.
