Sorry guys; my mistake. Did not see the part about them selling shares to raise money. When the idea of a buyout was ruled out, I thought that a loan was in the works because of the fact that the financials were audited. It did not occur to me they were trying to gain credibility to sell shares to raise funds for working capital.

I guess the good part is that GDGI will probably try to do everything they can to sell those shares for the best value possible. So the sale will probably occur after they get current and the announcement of a big order comes.
