Again, SAIC's involvement guarantees nothing. The company has had numerous, high-profile, big-bucks failures over the years. They're in this for the money, period. The viability of the technology is secondary as long as there is a payday involved.

Just my opinion, but if a company as large and well-connected as SAIC thought this technology was everything the company says it is, the technology would already be developed.
