I don't disagree about the rookie CEO observation. I was simply pointing out that if his primary focus is building the company's cashflow, he might be neglecting the actions necessary to build the pps. Your point about the dead lines is spot on, though. Better to over deliver than over promise. Kinda surprising for an ops guy to not have that mentality ingrained in his head.
